Mistletoe Madness Means Christmas Is Here!

Every summer my husband and I go to the beach the 2nd or 3rd week in August. It was bad enough when the flu shot ads appeared at drug stores that week. But when I was shopping for sunscreen and happened upon tins of Christmas cookies, I knew all the hoopla had officially begun TOO EARLY.

But now...there's ice on the sidewalks. I'm all bundled up in my big puffy coat. My frig has eggnog (and the server is stocked with the dark rum with which to spike it). The final clue that it is finally time to kick off the holiday season? Okay, two clues, actually. 1) The Mistletoe Madness Blot Hop and 2) the release of my latest Christmas novella!

If by some shocking accident you haven't already heard about Tinsel My Heart, here's the blurb:
Becca Huntley's produced the Lyndale Park Players' over-the-top Christmas show for ten years. It's a beloved Minneapolis tradition, and the theater's main fundraiser. But this year's production is in danger of being canceled when their director disappears into rehab. Good thing his directing partner steps in to save the day. Except for the minor fact that he hates everything about Christmas.
Jack Whittaker wiped this town off his shoe with his graduation tassel and never looked back. But duty compels him to fulfill Tyler's promise to direct the show. Even though it means working with Becca, the girl he always wanted, lost to Ty, but never forgot.

It'll take more than a few handfuls of tinsel to soften Jack's heart toward Becca's favorite holiday. Steamy kisses that melt the snow right off his boots are a step in the right direction. They'll both discover that Christmas is about making each other's dreams come true. But will it require sacrificing their chance at a happily-ever-after together?

Oh, but wait - there's even more holiday excitement headed your way. For the entire time this blog hop is running, I've got an extra treat for you. The Christmas anthology I was in last year happens to be Amazon's Big Holiday Deal. You can snap up Romancing the Holiday for only $1.99!

I'm really glad you're hopping through all of these participating blogs. We love visitors, especially at the holidays! So here are the links for everyone, and visit the Mistletoe Madness Blog hop 2013 main page to enter to win the Grand Prize! Click Here

  24. Christmas seemed to sneak up on me here this year! Now, you hear that a lot but this year it really got me. I don't mind the early decorations (heck, I wouldn't mind looking at all the pretty lights in July, but I'm nutty like that. They are just so darned pretty!) I don't much care for the early shopping crazies though. Anyway, Christmas snuck up but generally it really feels like Christmas when and if we get a good snow. Some years we don't get any and it's hard to get all in the spirit and some years we get tons! Today it's snowing nice and good so it feels like the holidays!

Happy Merry Holidays one and all!
